We ask for credit card details when a reservation is made. This is for our security only.

 

Payment is on departure. Visa or Mastercard are accepted, cheque or cash earns you an extra cup of tea!

 

Should you have to cancel a booking upto a week beforehand we will understand. Within the week we think it's fair to take 50 % if not replaced.

 

If "no show" on the day, without notice, 100 %

 

Please note that we are human and understand that things don't always go to plan, but we are devastated if someone doesn't show up.
